The problem lies with the human guardians who are unfit to own these dogs--NOT the animals themselves. Therefore each situation MUST be evaluated on an INDIVIDUAL BASIS! Since Bruce has no history of aggression then justice should be served and Bruce released to his family. Please, if you have any ethics or capability for critical thinking, whatsoever, DO NOT MURDER BRUCE IN COLD BLOOD simply to carry out some unfair, ill-conceived, ignorance-based,
