Sadie was picked up as a stray 3 weeks ago and has gone unclaimed, despite efforts to find her home. As we can all imagine, Sadie probably never had a home…or if she did, she’s no longer wanted there. A kind woman extended her hand to help this pup, whom SHE named Sadie. This woman claims that when she found the pup, who had wandered into her backyard, she was clearly malnourished and not cared for. Like so many other needy animals in this situation, Sadie just wanted the woman’s affection and attention. Sadie gave love like she’d been holding it in since she was welcomed into the world.I only learned of this case about 10 or 12 days ago and have since been working with this woman on how to care for Sadie and who to contact in her area for guidance. The woman has done well…up

until now. She was eager to do whatever needed to be done for the pup and even spent some of her own money to vaccinate and feed Sadie. As of last night, this woman has decided that she "is done" and will do no more. I also learned that she has kept Sadie outside THE ENTIRE TIME. Today is supposed to reach 92 in Murfreesboro. This woman has decided she will do no more and that she did her best. It is my understanding that she is thinking of taking Sadie to the local Walmart to give her away to someone. This of course just cannot happen and I’ve asked her to give me the day to try and find a place for Sadie.Sadie is in Murfreesboro, TN. If I can get a commitment from someone ANYWHERE, I will personally make the transport arrangements and will also donate to her care. It is unknown if she is spayed or not…my guess would be no. Therefore, I will contribute to that expense. IF there is anyone in the Chicago area or along route from TN to IL, I can

get her to you tomorrow. Ironically, I have a friend making that drive tomorrow and she has offered to bring her the entire way….we just need somewhere for her to go.I am on my knees BEGGING. This little girl has been given her second chance, and now that is about to be ripped away from her before she even got the opportunity to love…and to be loved.I do know that she is great with other dogs…she loves playtime. I do not know about cats or children.PLEASE HELP ME SAVE SADIE! If I don’t get a commitment today….we will lose her. Please help me…please help Sadie.
