Penn State promotes death threats

DAVID BIENUS: "I volunteer to use Camille [Marino] for the next experiment! ... I will continue to do my job. If you don't like bring your ass over here and do something about it. But be forewarned, people that I work with take very seriously loonies trying to deprive them of their livelihood and there are a lot of woods around here to hide bodies."David BienusResearch Support SpecialistPenn State University101 Centralized Biological LaboratoryUniversity ParkPA 16802-4803Phone (814) 865-1495Fax: (814) 865-3685dab43http://www.facebook.com/dbienusThe Pennsylvania State University Board of Trustees205 Old MainUniversity ParkPA 16802-1571Office: (814) 865-2521Fax: (814) 863-4631botGraham Spanier201 Old MainUniversity ParkPA 16802president

SAMPLE LETTER; TALKING POINTS:

TO: Graham Spanier, President and Pennsylvania State University Board of Trustees,

Dear Sir/Madam

Your Penn State employee, David Bienus, Research Support Specialist is actively promoting hate and death threats across state lines via the internet. Please document this, rectify the situation, and inform me of your actions to ensure your level of complicity is no longer an issue. Here is the direct quote from Mr. Beinus.DAVID BIENUS: "I volunteer to use Camille [Marino] for the next experiment! ... I will continue to do my job. If you don't like bring your ass over here and do something about it. But be forewarned, people that I work with take very seriously loonies trying to deprive them of their livelihood and there are a lot of woods around here to hide bodies." David Bienus, Research Support Specialist, Penn State UniversityDAVID BIENUS: "My point is that the animal rights groups don't scare me

either. That's your aim after all. That's the whole point of ALF, to scare researchers into quiting. Ultimately it won't work. Terrorism never ultimately works because sooner or later the terrorists are either exterminated or marginalized. In my opinion the animal rights groups have over played their hands and are becoming marginalilzed. Fewer people are joining their ranks and more people are seeing the lunacy behind thier claims. I don't live in California, I'm in PA. You have my name and I'll tell you there are damned few people with the same name so I'm not hard to find. If you don't like what I do for a living, come stop me" David Bienus, Research Support Specialist, Penn State University

I would hope that Penn State understands the liability of employing a violent individual, especially now that you are on notice.Clearly, Mr. Bienus has demonstrated for the world exactly what how the psyche of an actual terrorist operates.Mr. Bienus should not be allowed anywhere near helpless animals or innocent students.I look forward to hearing of a resolution to this matter.Sincerely,
