Guest guest
!! T H I S - I S -C2 IT !! THE MOST IMPORTANT 24 HOURS FOR SB 250 IS HERE. >>> THE TIME IS RIGHT NOW ! <<< Dear Supporters: SB 250 The Pet Responsibility Act, will have its last Senate vote tomorrow (Tuesday) in the full Senate. If the bill passes the Senate, it has an excellent chance of making it to the Governors' desk and becoming law, saving countless pets from unnecessary death in our shelters. Seven Senators have made it clear that they wish to hear more from SB 250 supporters before casting their final "YES" vote. THIS IS IT. If SB 250 passes, hundreds of thousands of dogs and cats are spared euthanasia in the next decade. If it doesn't pass, those excess animals continue to be born simply to die. The importance of this task cannot be overstated, and the task is simple. CALL THESE NUMBERS. Leave a message on each number that indicates you want the Senator to "VOTE YES on SENATOR FLOREZ' SB 250, the Pet Responsibility Act". CALLING R IGHT NOW (MONDAY NIGHT) IS CRITICAL. AND THEN, WE NEED YOU TO ALSO CALL AGAIN TOMORROW (TUESDAY) MORNING. THAT'S CORRECT, PLEASE CALL TONIGHT AND TOMORROW. Senator Phone Lou Correa (916) 651-4034 Gloria Negrete McLeod (916) 651-4032 Fran Pavley (916) 651-4023 Joe Simitian (916) 651-4011 Lois Wolk (916) 651-4005 Leland Yee (916) 651-4008 Rod Wright (916) 651-4025 This is a rare opportunity to make a DIRECT and SIGNIFICANT contribution to the outcome of positive pet legislation. I will write you tomorrow night with the results of our efforts. If you don't call now you may not get another chance. For all the dogs and cats in California needlessly killed each year: >> CALL ALL THE NUMBERS. >> CALL EVEN IF YOU HAVE CALLED BEFORE. >> PLEASE CALL NOW. Not Later. TIME IS EXTREMELY CRITICAL. >> IF YOU DO NOT GET THROUGH, TRY AGAIN AND AGAIN. And after you call tonight and leave=2 0a message, make a note to yourself to call again on Tuesday, until you speak to a real person. This task is by far the most important request we at SCIL have ever sent you. Thank you for your support during these fast paced, critical votes. The animals need your voice.
