It has passed the TX House of Representatives!, but there is of course STRONG opposition. If you HB 3180 in the body of the ASPCA's alert, you can read what the new laws will be. PLEASE CALL TODAY! Because it has no current regulations or licensing protocol in place for large-scale commercial dog breeding facilities, Texas has become a haven for puppy mills—unscrupulous breeders who keep their animals in terrible conditions in the name of higher profits.
