I guess it's better than nothing. Talk about baby steps for puppymill dogs, but at least it's something. Cheers to the legislators who fought for, and are fighting for, stricter animal cruelty laws, and jeers to those who support continued animal abuse.

 

Also, jeers to the "Dog Breeders Advisory Council challenging Pennsylvania's Act 119 of 2008, which amended PA Dog Law to require that puppy mills comply with basic humane requirements..." These pro puppymill and breeder organizations are monsters.
