The 'Polar Bear Seas,' just north of Alaska, can seem far away at times, but this picture shows why it's so important to turn back Bush's last-minute proposal for new new drilling projects there that puts the entire American population of polar bears at risk.  Just look at this guy…

The Arctic waters north of Alaska are home to all America's wild polar bears.  They are also home to apartment-building-sized icebergs and 45-foot seas – and are no place for drilling rigs or Titanic oil tankers.  Drilling there is just too risky: http://www.capwiz.com/alaskawild/issues/alert/?alertid=12497916
