He has the body of a small lab and the face of a pug or bulldog (we¢re not quite sure which). He was rescued from a high-kill shelter and has been lost since January 12th. The home from which Pugsley was lost is in Capitol Heights, but he could have traveled a long distance by now. SPCA/HS volunteers have been scouring the area, posting flyers, and setting traps. We¢ve also hired a pet tracker who narrowed down the area for volunteers to search in and employed a high-volume broadcast message service to notify 5000 nearby residents to keep watch for Pugsley. These efforts have resulted in sightings each day, but many of them have been false leads. The entire community¢s help is needed to get Pugsley home safe and sound. If you see a small black lab/pug mix, PLEASE, IMMEDIATELY CALL 240-638-9713 OR EMAIL pgspcavol. We're offering a REWARD for any information that results in his safe return. We also need help searching for Pugsley and flyering the area. If you are able to assist, please CALL 301-262-5625 or e-mail pgspcavol.
