Wathcing this again for me has been very traumatic. It's all coming flooding back to me as if it just happened. I remember every second of how I felt that night. A week or so later it got worse.

On a Sunday afternoon Craig, Nanette and I found DeNicola waiting for his victims in the Industrial Pkwy. The police were there as usual guarding their god, DeNicola. We were told to go back around 400 ft. making it impossible for us to get any decent footage. Craig had his tripod set up and Nanette and I were in the car. The police were sitting in their cruiser watching us. Soon, an entire family of deer walked right in front of us, towards the corn bait, towards their death. A couple of minutes later we heard the shots. I will NEVER forget that as long as I live. Later that day we went to the site and found the puddles of blood. I think we have that on tape. Craig???

On a lighter note, Nanette is making some comments on this video which may make you giggle. This was the night Katherine was given a ticket for not having her lights on. Does everyone see that it was not dark out yet? The cop erased the real time and put a later time when K went to the police dept. Later, when I met a female police officer she told me they were told to give one of us a ticket or arrest us or anything to stop us from doing what we were doing...documenting the truth.

Nature can only support so many animals. Each time people build a house, or clear land for a Walmart, wildlife loses habitat. The 50 deer that could live happily on a square mile, are now trying to live on a 300x300 yard block. The deer will starve and they will die. Is it better to be shot and the death be quick, or to slowly starve to death? Deer will not stop making baby deer because food sources are low, they do what instincts and nature has told them to do for millenniums...
