the men accidentally shot his partner in the arm, state officers said. The urban Elmer Fudds were tracking ducks in their hay-covered boat near Point Lookout, when one of the hunters, Ricardo Carter, 50, allegedly opened fire, hitting his pal in the arm and hand, police said. The injured sportsman, was taken to Nassau University Medical Center for treatment. Carter, of Brentwood, was charged with reckless endangerment and assault, cops said.
