After just coming in from a hard day sorting out my environmental

idyll (i.e. the garden), I'm left with another bunch of vitriolic

emails to deal with. If anyone wants to leave, leave. I won't be told

who should and shouldn't be in this group.

 

I remember the singer Elvis Costello, who wasn't racist in any way,

being really offended by a black guy, and calling him the 'n' word.

If you offend people then sometimes they will offend you by saying

something outrageously offensive back. In her emails to me, I've seen

nothing where Joanie thinks killing animals for sport is cool. I

strongly disagree with her on hunting to control animal populations,

but I'm not going to be abusive towards her over that issue. There's

things like animal birth control, but people are too lazy to bother

with that, and it's probably easier and cheaper to kill animals, so

it's humans being selfish again.

 

Pick on the people who are going out there killing animals because it

turns them on. They're the evil ones. DON'T respond to this email,

and if this row kicks off again, then it's instant removal. I'm sure

other members in this group just want to concentrate on more positive

things.
