I was just asked by someone who is rather politically savvy on "how things are done" if all the wild horse and burro groups were circulating a "Group Letter" of opposition to the appointment of Ken Salazar to the Secretary of the Interior. They said we must have it in by tomorrow... Due to time constraints, I have drafted such a Group Letter and it is attached.
