December 15, 2008 A 38-year-old Elkhart Lake man was hospitalized this weekend after being accidentally shot while pheasant hunting in the Town of Rhine, according to the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department. Wade Heimke was hunting in La Budde Marsh near county Highway A and Keystone Road on Saturday morning when he was accidentally struck by birdshot fired by his hunting partner Howard Hinze, 44, of Sheboygan, said Capt. Dave Adams. Heimke was struck in the hand and shoulder by five shotgun pellets. He was transported
