Most all I know are not reporting anything. We can also notify the IRS that all they have to do in some cases where they are registering the pups is to contact AKC--CKC-- etc and see how many were registered to the same address or name in any one given year for any one given breed. This is the next best thing to changing the laws. PLease send out to those you think would help and if we all over the country make this a mission we just might be able to stop 1/2 of the millers and back yard breeders in this country!!!

I have been thinking this for years - the IRS should be investigating all these "people". I am sure that they are NOT reporting any / all of the money they make from this evil horrendous business. This is an excellant idea / plan!

Ok everyone we have all signed petitions and written lawmakers to make this a thing of the past to no avail. I have a new solution. Every time you see this happening pick up the phone and see about going out to see the pups and get a complete address--make sure and ask for the persons name and write the full name down. Ask them what all they have to sell and how many writing this down as well. This type of thing is listed on the net--in the papers--on ebay--and on Craigs list, not to mention all of the signs posted in local vets offices and on neighborhood bulletin boards. Then turn them into the IRS. All of them I know are not reporting this income and is what makes it so appealing tho them. If enough get popped by the Federal Government this will stop. If we can't change the laws to fix this then we can use the ones in place to stop it!!!! Please send out to all of those you will think will help. With all of us working together we
