Dear Friends,

 

Recently we rescued 14 horses from the Bouvry rep (kill buyer) in Fallon. Due to that rescue effort, and the prior rescue of 26 horses from another kill buyer in Fallon, she was delayed for approx 30 days in sending a full load up to Canada. That’s the good news.

 

The bad news is that she was finally able to piece together a load, and just shipped 30 horses to their death.

 

The 8 equines below were left at the feedlot after the recent load shipped out. They are sweet and lovely and deserve a second chance.

 

Tri-color paint gelding, halter broke, 3-4yrs $ 355

White appy cross gelding, started, friendly, 3-4yrs $ 370

Palomino gelding, broke, approx 7 yrs $ 390

Sorrel mare w/2hind socks, gentle, broke, 10-12yrs $ 395

Sorrel mare, blaze face, pregnant, 5-6yrs $ 425

Bay TB gelding, off track, 3yrs $ 450

Belgian mule, jenny, friendly, driving team, 13-15yrs $ 475

Belgian mule, john, friendly, driving team, 13-15yrs $ 485
