I cannot believe the prosecutor is buying this story about the dog having liver disease because it went to the bathroom in the house and his remedy of "euthanization" entailing hanging and beating him to death is an excuse??? No money for euthanasia, but fancies himself a doctor diagnosing the poor animal with "liver disease"??

 

OMG PLEASE! He's going to avoid any time spent behind bars and might have to pick up some trash.

SUMMARY

 

Prosecutor Fred Anderson has no plans to let the alleged abuser, Jason Allen Williams of Grandville, off without penalty. (Just nothing too inconvenient!!) But the case is not as clear-cut as critics suggest, particularly with Williams' claim he was trying to euthanize the dog over a belief it had liver disease, Anderson said. He planned to hit the dog in the head.

 

He thought the dog was sick because it constantly was going to the bathroom in his roommate's home. WHAT????????

 

Williams told police he was broke and did not have money for properly disposing of the dog, an animal he adopted from another person.

 

 

"He did not make a good decision," Anderson (the "prosecutor") said. "He didn't know what to do with (the dog)." So hanging it and beating it until brain damaged was the answer??? I guess this pathetic excuse for a prosecutor will believe ANYTHING! I wonder if it was his kid, that would have been ok, too???
