Seth was struck in the head and died from the wound at around 7 a.m. Saturday. The group had been hunting from a boat on Moonshine Bay.Seth Edge and a 17-year-old brother along with them had both taken hunting safety courses offered by FWC, Ferraro said.People 15 and younger can hunt in Florida without a license as long as they're supervised by an adult, said Ferraro, adding that the group met all legal requirements to hunt.''Based on the circumstances and what we've been able to gather from witnesses, it appears it was accidental and very tragic,'' Ferraro said.A woman who answered the phone on Monday at a number listed for the Edge family in West Park declined to comment.
