Amazing. Hunters are sooooooo itching to pull that trigger, it doesn't matter that there is another one of their "buddies" between them and that deer, SHOOT IT!!!!!!!!! No regard for life or even each other. Well, that last part is fine with me.http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/chi-ap-wi-huntingfatal,0,961351.story Appleton man fatally shot while hunting Associated Press 5:14 PM CST, November 23, 2008BOVINA, Wis. - A 48-year-old man from Appleton was fatally shot Sunday while hunting near the town of Bovina. Laurel Steffes, a spokeswoman for the

Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, says authorities are not yet releasing the man's name. The Outagamie County Sheriff's office said in a news release that the incident happened at about 10:40 a.m. In separate incidents Sunday in Shawano County, one hunter suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound and a 24-year-old man from Caroline was shot in the shoulder when a deer ran between him and a member of his hunting party. In the second incident, which occurred in the town of Grant, Fred Grunewald was expected to survive. And Sunday afternoon, a man received a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his leg in Washington County. Authorities believe the man was shot by someone else in his hunting party. Steffes says that Saturday, the opening day of the firearms deer season, was incident-free. ------ Information from: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, http://www.jsonline.com
