SENIOR DOG NEEDS RESCUE ASAP We need transportation to southeastern PA and boarding sponsorship ($20 per night) if we cannot find a foster home. *Contact is: dsanville6 SENIOR DOG NEEDS RESCUE ASAP*Contact is: dsanville6 Look at this adorable face and imagine this....... Ranger was living with his daddy who he loved very much. They shared lots of good times and quiet ones too- together, in the house, the two of them. Eleven years passed quickly. One day Dad died and, Ranger was sent to live with Lisa, Dad's human daughter. Lisa, who has a dog and a baby, was unwilling to make any effort on Ranger's behalf. So she put food and water outside, next to the rickety doghouse in her yard. And that is where Ranger has been living since June. So, in addition to being sad, Ranger has been forced to live outside, alone. And he is 11 years old. New Castle, PA - near Pittsburgh, is getting very cold....brrrrr... and poor Ranger is shivering because his doghouse (according to Lisa) doesn't keep the howling wind out. ATP is committed to helping Ranger but, we cannot do it alone. Tonight a rescuer in western PA is driving two hours to get Ranger, so he will not be outside, cold and alone any more. She cannot keep him more than a night or two, so we need transportation to southeastern PA and boarding sponsorship ($20 per night) if we cannot find a foster home. Ranger needs shots and a check-up too. And most of all, Ranger needs the love and companionship of good people. These toughest of times are hardest on those who cannot help themselves- like poor Ranger. Please let us know what you can do to help Ranger. Time is of the essence and every bit helps. Please share this with anyone who might want to help Ranger. We appreciate all you do to help spread the rescue message. Ranger thanks you too. Woof.
