Ooooooh! I have been so stupid all along to oppose chaining of elephants - I didn't realize that being unchained at night would "deprive" them of their sleep! Thank goodness for those circus employees' knowledge and common sense! And so good to know that the elected officicals learn these things so willingly. Learning pays well!
