Please cross-post this video and the story about L.A. Asst. Fire Chief Glynn Johnson by Last Chance for Animals.

Glynn is a veteran firechief in LA and beat a neighbor's puppy to death with a rock after trying to break her jaw. Her skull is bashed in, an eye is gouged out as well. She had to be put to death.Last Chance For Animals will make sure that justice is served for that puppy.
