I just got this from Animal Defense Legal Fund and thought it was a good idea to get this rolling as soon as possible. O did say he thinks penalties should be much stiffer for animal abuse, he realizes the link between violence to animals and the extention of it to humans. If enough people sign this, maybe it will plant a seed that actually sprouts.
