Hunting Accident Is To Blame For Weekend Shooting Posted: 5:34 PM Nov 3, 2008Last Updated: 5:34 PM Nov 3, 2008 A hunting accident may be to blame for a deadly weekend shooting, but the case remains under investigation. Officials with the Johnson County Sheriff's office say 42-year-old Harrison Butcher of West Virginia was squirrel hunting with his uncle Sammy Preece when the shooting happened. Investigators say the two men were hunting in a wooded area off Kentucky Route 40, just before nine Sunday morning when a gunshot was heard.
