The Facts AboutHALLOWEEN

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQ6PSW_i4xwHalloween is a festival where images of witches on broomsticks, black cats, ghosts, skeletons, and hundreds of other scary images can be seen everywhere. For many people, Halloween is nothing but a time for scary fun, dressing in costumes, asking for candy, and making big parties, but are not concerned about the origins of Halloween and it's association with the occult, death, it's focus on blood, and its effect on their lives.Halloween originated in northern Europe when Pope Gregory IV in 835 AD,designated November 1st as "All Saints Day or All Hollow's Day", (Hallow refers to saints) to celebrate saints and martyred saints. Hallows evening was on October 31, which became a special day celebrated by the ancient druids, who were magicians, sorcerers, and priestly class of the Celtic religion.

They engaged in occult arts, witchcraft, worship of nature, andhuman sacrifice to satisfy their "lord of the dead." Samhain, the druid's New Year (Oct. 31), was believed to be the time when the dividing line between the living and the dead was the thinnest, making it easier to contact the spirits.

Satanists see Halloween as their holiest day, which is also the favorite holiday for witches and sorcerers. They all call onspirits for personal power by meditation, human and animal sacrifices. Satanists prepare all year for this day so the powers of darkness will be at work over all the land that night.

Girls are ritually impregnated and their babies are offered as sacrifices to Satan. All of the supposedly "innocent" Halloween customs and symbols have their origin in the ancient Celtic day of the dead. For example, trick or treating is from the Celtic tradition where people gave food to the spirits of the dead in return for blessings. Not supplying treats would return in demonic retaliation. Jack-o-lanterns came from the Celtictradition of carving faces of demonic spirits on turnips, and later, on pumpkins as a symbol of a dammed soul.

Candle light pumpkins or skulls at a home signified that the occupants were sympathetic of Satan and would receive mercy by spirits in trick or treaters.

This means that wherever you have them you are welcoming demons into that place, even in church. Bone fires took place with human sacrifices at midnight. Adults and children would be thrown into a huge fire while celebrants danced aroundthem in demonic feast.

By morning, all was that was left was ashes and bones. The broomsticks and witches hats were originally considered phallic symbols. When used in rituals of witchcraft, these objects supposedly transformed the sexual energy released duringorgasm into psychic energy.

Dunking apples was a part of the druid new year, divination of gender in pregnant women. The druids also believed black cats were reincarnation of the evil dead, and possessed supernaturalpower and knowledge, and this is why black cats are such an important part of Halloween.Halloween is not an innocent celebration. Babies, children, adults, and animals will be sacrificed on that night while many Christians who lack the knowledge, or do not fear God will enjoy the parties and trick or treating.

God said in Deuteronomy 18:9-13 that whoever practicesdivination, sorcery, or communicating with the dead is detestable to the Lord. (Also see: Deuteronomy 18:10-12; 2 Kings 21:6; Micah 5:12; Isaiah47:12; Ezekiel 13:18, 20; Acts 8:11-24; Leviticus 20:27; Exodus 7:11;Revelation 9:21; 22:15).

1 Corinthians:10:18-21 tells us you cannot drinkof the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons too. You may not be wearing scary customs on that day or be a cult member, but if you celebrate Halloween in any way, you are spiritually participating in the killings and rituals that take place during Halloween night, and you are opening doors to demonic powers in your life and family.

You cannot separate Halloween from the spirit realm. I Peter 5:8,9 tells us the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about seeking whom he may devour.

AsChristians we need to come together and pray that God may save and spare the lives of all those children appointed to die.

Matthew 12:30 says, "He who is not with me is against me".

Luke 16:13 says we cannot serve two masters.

Revelation 2:18 and Galatians 5:20-21 tells what the punishmentfor those who practice the occult will be.

I John 4:1,2 say that we are to test all spirits to see if they are of God and I John 2:15 says that we are not to love the world or the things in the world; halloween is of the world and not of God.Congress has been trying to pass laws to protect our children from so much violence exposure on TV, movies, music, games, etc, yet we think that once a year it's ok to celebrate demonic holidays, blood shedding, and horror.

Don't you think this defeats the whole purpose of sheltering ourchildren and us from such violence?

Instilling fear in our children will bring much damage to them for life, besides, God said that He has not given a spirit of fear, but of power, and love and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Do you stand for holidays that sacrifice human babies in honor ofSatan in that day? If you are against groups like the Nazis, KKK, etc, why is this holiday any different?

Please use logic! Hosea 4:6 says "MY peopleare destroyed for they lack knowledge."

By understanding the origins of Halloween, we are not ignorant anymore. As parents, we must decide whether or not to allow or children to participate in pagan occult celebrations, which glorify the powers of darkness.

God offers us eternal life through his son, Jesus Christ. If you believe his death and resurrection is payment in full for your sins, and invite him to come into your heart, you will have eternal life (John 3:3,16; Romans10:9).

His word reveals to us his plan, for the Bible is the word of God, the mind of God, the plan of God, and the purpose of God for your life!

Jesus loves you, accept him in you heart today.
