Please below and read about Shep, the beautiful German Shepherd who was left on a chain to starve to death. Collar embedded in his neck. Corpus Christi, TX.

This is heartbreaking and unacceptable- yet it continues to happen every single day! WHEN ARE WE GOING TO DEMAND TOUGHER LAWS ????
