Rescue/Shelter Animal Transfer Referral Form

The Humane Society of Southeast Texas (HSSET) is seeking rescue groups and animal shelters willing to

transport and take custody of groups of 10 or more animals for inclusion in their adoption programs. Please fax completed form to HSSET at (409) 832-7425 by September 27, 2008 3 p.m. Central Time. A representative will call you to confirm and set a pick-up date/time on September 28 or 29.
