The disposal operation considered to be a social service adds to property taxes and other revenue levied on residents of communities. Technology change that enables the disposal of such waste while also deriving revenue from the disposal should alleviate the burden on residents as such additional revenue should reduce the financial stress on the community governance. An avenue for such revenue is provided by a comprehensive waste to biofuel recycling biotechnology as these fuels and bio-natural gas effectively constitutes the products that the community governance can then sell to anybody, but preferably its citizens at reduced prices, for revenue.
