Guest guest
You know how I feel and that's no bull! I hope he doesn't go "back" to abusing animals. The Associated Press Article Launched: 07/26/2008 11:10:25 AM MDT FARMINGTON, N.M.—A teenager from Louisiana was in serious condition Saturday after being thrown from a bull and stomped unconscious by the animal during the National High School Finals Rodeo in Farmington. Seventeen-year-old Corbin Carpenter of Jonesville, La., underwent back surgery at San Juan Regional Medical Center after being thrown Friday afternoon. The rodeo doctor, Chris Miller of Kansas Orthopedic Services, says Carpenter had a serious spinal cord injury. The teen's mother, Theresa Carpenter, says doctors told her the surgery looked good, but a spinal injury will take time. She says her son is a cowboy to the core, with five years' experience riding bulls. The teen placed ninth in bull riding at last year's national finals rodeo. ——— Information from: The Daily Times, http://www.daily-times.com STAPLES supports this: http://www.myspace.com/fortheanimals7
