As the cost of energy has risen rather sharply

around the world, many citizens have taken to producing their own fuel

for automobiles and in the cold countries also home heating fuel. Often

though such production systems are not very well engineered and there

are potential risks associated with such production operations. Yet

most of the citizens undertake the occasionally harmful projects as a

matter of necessity. Even so some of those projects could be made safer

with access to more structure and well engineered approach to their

development and implementation. Those projects can be developed and

implemented along the lines of laboratory Scale Distributed Power

Technologies for the consumer use.
