As a minimum the specification must define the type of energy source to use and the sustainability of the energy source. With respect to the energy source type, the energy source(s) can not be such as to directly or indirectly generate and emit GHG into the atmosphere even if differentially; and with respect to sustainability, the energy sources of consideration would be only natural energy sources: Water Power Energy Sources, Solar Energy Source, Wind Power Energy Source, and Geothermal Power Energy Source.
