Ordinarily, there would be the advocacy for

carbon Accounting and to then incorporate that into the definition of

the boundary condition for each round of computational assessment of

the performance of the remediation technologies. The surface of the

earth is full of carbon sinks and sources. ....One approach to solving

this problem would be the use of fuzzy logic math. More specifically,

the measurements and the computational values based on the sources and

sinks that can and are accounted for are employed to generate the

boundary conditions as a function of locations around the earth. The

computational values are employed through a Neural Network

Computational system to train the software to associate the values with

the measurements.
