Guest guest
I just spoke to Jeff at the HS in Dunkirk. The case, not the dog, has been turned over to the HS. Wally Baker, ACO officer said "it's been turned over to the HS", so that was naturally perceived as the dog was removed from the owner and into the custody of the HS. She is in fact still at her "owner's" home. Apparently, all minimum conditions are being met. > The SPCA is "working" with the owner, she was vetted today and apparently healthy except for some mild arthritis. This whole case is so sad, but under current laws there is nothing anyone can do right now about getting her out of there. She does have a board to stand on now.
