Guest guest
Another huge success, even better than the last one! Amazingly we were right in front of the doors the entire time, no one asked us to leave, so we were able to hand out the flyers and talk to many people going in. Most did leave. One lady was so angry she went in and spoke to the manager. One lady joined us in talking to people! We talked a few into going ANYWHERE else for toner, (begging is not beneath us LOL) even tho they were a little resistant at first. The abuse of animals prevailed. We were even lucky enough to reach a woman who is in charge of her large company's source for office supplies - they use Staples, but no more. She was very angry when she found out who they are supplying, too. We will be doing another demo at the Preston/Forest location in Dallas this Saturday, May 10th at noon. I hope even more people will join us in hurting Staples' bottom line and reputation! We won't stop until they do! Thanks to everyone who came to speak for the tortured animals inside HLS, and special thanks to Kerri Milam, co-director of In Solidarity of Animals in Houston for coming up to join us and talk to many people! http://pets.Fortheanimals7/join http://www.myspace.com/fortheanimals7
