Guest guest Posted May 5, 2010 Report Share Posted May 5, 2010 Chalupa 2 thin yellow tortillas 1/2 cup pinto beans, mashed and seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin powder Shredded lettuce Diced tomatoes Chopped olives Picante sauce Nutritional Yeast Place skillet on high heat and heat. When hot add tortillas and cook for a few seconds on each side to crisp Overlap on plate. Spread with beans. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and picante sauce.
