Guest guest
This is a site I was looking at last night for vegan cooking. http://www.chooseveg.com/vegan-recipes.asp I watched a video in the link about a tofu salad. It looked yummy, but I noticed that the cook did not say anything about cooking the tofu. She just crumbled it and added the other ingredients. I am new to being vegan. I only started last month. I have not ate meat for 3 years tho. Trying to keep healthy and lose weight too. Do you always cook tofu? Thanks, Cher
Guest guest
No, you do not need to cook tofu. Tofu cubes straight from the package was one of my little girls' first finger foods. Uncooked tofu also makes GREAT puddings, smoothies, sauces, dips, dressings, and fudge pops (fudgecicles) that my kids just love! Marilyn Cher <moodyblues4 Sat, Apr 17, 2010 9:45 am ?
