I think I'd lead using produce that's local and seasonal, which will depend upon

where you live.

 

Where I'm at, there's only " Sorrel " in my garden, and in about two or three

weeks, asparagus will be abundant. Spring, being a " beginning " invites using

that which is returning or, if you will, resurrecting from Winter.

 

Maybe that's a useful thought in determining what you'll bring to any Easter

Event.

 

Maybe a " Spring " Primavera on pasta?
