Where I'm at, there's only " Sorrel " in my garden, and in about two or three weeks, asparagus will be abundant. Spring, being a " beginning " invites using that which is returning or, if you will, resurrecting from Winter. Maybe that's a useful thought in determining what you'll bring to any Easter Event.
