Even though I generally eschew animal studies, this one is too interesting not

to mention. I blogged with excerpts from two articles talking about a recent

study with powerful evidence that fat can be as addictive as heroin and cocaine:

It's also interesting to note that another group of researchers implicate too

much sugar and salt as well.

 

Having done the " Esselstyn " no-added fat for three years (as of late February),

I can attest to the fact that you can re-calibrate your taste buds and overcome

that addiction.

 

IMHO, it's worth it.
