Guest guest
There is a good article about the LDL particle size at Wikipedia. I noticed when reading it is theorized that the antioxidants in a well-rounded vegan diet make this diet protective. A vegan diet full of junk would not. Also the article concluded that it is most important to get LDL below a certain number rather than the article size. So there is still much more to this subject than one article can present. I first became aware of the LDL particle size issue when talking with one of my nephews a few years back. He is a drug rep and sells cholesterol drugs. He clued me in to the top researcher on this subject. I am sure Virginia means well. In the end we each have to decide what is best for us.
