Guest guest
Does anyone know of a good non dairy product like Cool Whip that is not loaded with chemicals? I know that there are whip soy products in a can but I need the consistancy similar to the Cool Whip in a tub. It does not have to be non fat. Guest guest
This is really great! Thanks so much. I hope it works with the recipe I have. The receipe calls for angel food cake, cocoa powder and cool whip. Now I have to find an angel food cake made without egg white! Wish me luck.--- On Fri, 2/26/10, Gina <doubleprozaclatte wrote: Gina <doubleprozaclatteRe: Cool Whip substitute Date: Friday, February 26, 2010, 2:58 AM Title: Silken Tofu Whipped ToppingCategories: Holidays, Desserts, Lo/no-fatYield: 1 servings10 1/2 -oz package extra-firm orFirm tofu, reg. or low fat2 To 4 Tbls. sweetener of yourChoice2 tb Lemon juice1/4 ts Vanilla extract1/8 ts Salt1/8 ts Almond extractx Soymilk as neededPlace all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until verysmooth.
