Missing nutrients

I have been supplementing with Mixed Tocopherols and highish dose vit b

complex. This is because my dietary analysis shows that I am not getting

enough of these groups. I would prefer to be eating the foods with them

in it, but not eating more than a few nuts a day and no oil or fat shows

I have cut off my major sources. Any ideas how to make up for the

difference naturally?
