Essy doesn't use it in any of his recipes unless maybe for an occasional dessert. I tend to use " Lite Tofu " for some recipes, but do try to limit soy intake (e.g., not every day, maybe twice a week). Depends on season, physical needs, time, snowed-in and it's all I got...
