A local bakery/eatery makes some amazing ones...nice and cumin-y, but I can't seem to emulate. Last loaf I made was tough and dry - if you can imagine that combo! Any suggestions or recipes? Here's one I plugged in for you as a suggestion, you can play around with it and come up with your own idea and adjust seasonings to your liking. I've used the studio to come up with Mexican, Italian, Middle Eastern and Oriental versions of a "meat" loaf and I've been happy with them all.
