I've had the actual Eat in the Raw brand of Parma and I like it a lot, but I definitely wouldn't mistake it for Parmesan cheese.. There was another brand I tried, I think by galaxy foods that I thought was terrible. The Parma that I have is made from: Raw organic walnuts, red star nutritional yeast, celtic salt and Love. That's right off the label. I started making my own based off the label ingredients and refill the container each time I used it up. I don't use it very often, but I usually put it on pasta for the B12 and Omega 3's. Here's the nutritional info off the label if anyone is interested:Serving Size: 1 tablespoonCalories: 25Total Fat: 1.5gSat Fat: 0gSodium: 25mgCarbs: 2gFiber: 0Sugar: 0Protein: 2g~Victoriasprightcat <sprightcat Sent: Tue, February 9, 2010 4:16:44 PM Parma
