Susan, I am so thankful for your fatfreevegan.com web site. I have a pot of the

African Peanut-Potato Stew cooking for dinner right now. I'll be out much of

the afternoon, and will reheat the stew this evening. It smells heavenly and

tastes wonderful! Thanks so much for providing such a useful site, and

wonderful recipes! Thanks also to all the folks who have contributed recipes.

Sheri, I love the combination of peanut butter and sweet potatoes, and I'm glad you like it too!About the site, I have some big plans for it that I think will make it even better.  I have a web designer working on building a new design that will make it more interactive so that people can once again add their own favorite recipes, along with photos.  For too long it's been " static " --the only new recipes coming in have been the ones on my blog--and I'm hoping to get an even larger pool of fat-free recipes for us all to use.  Down the road I might even get some other people blogging about different aspects of fat-free veganism.  I'm hoping to have the new design up and running by the end of March, so stay tuned!  :-)
