Guest guest
I do not mind following these beginning plans as I am a relatively new vegan. When I am past this intoduction I will be comfortable in adding to the menu. And right now I have other things to do so am pleased to have "someone else do the thinking" and plannning. As I have never been opposed to left overs, a menu with similiar dishes doesn't bother me. I do like/enjoy new food experiences and can be very creative when cooking/planning during opportune times. One of the sayings I go by though is "Eat to live - Don't live to eat". ..

I do, however, love cooking new things, so I end up with a good mix of new and tried-and-true recipes. Serene
Guest guest
if nothing else.. the kickstart pgm is out in the pubics eye... and is increasing awareness... and as most things in life. while perhaps not ideal (fat content and focus on protein) its a great start. I share the impressions of most others on the list..... but also recall who I was years ago when I started eating LFWHPB (low fat whole foods plant based)..... the language of the kickstart pgm would have been helpful to me then.... and not so vastly different and foreign to me, which may have scared me away initially.. I know I have introduced many of my friends to veg*n living/eating by using many meat analogs initially. Applause for PCRM for this big venture. And all of us for showing our learning and growth in our food choices. Success to all!! PS. Anyone with a favorite cherry dessert recipe? Looking for something new. I have canned organic cherries in pear juice to work with. Tom=
