Guest guest
I started a correspondence with PCRM about Chef Tal (his " fat is flavor " approach and high-fat recipes), and the amount of fat in some of Alicia's recipes. My point was that it was at odds with their " no-added fat " reverse diabetes program (contacted them as well). Initially, they said they were going to work with their celebrity chefs a bit to lower fat. Most recently, they told me they were planning to provide info on lowering fat content later in the program. That's very encouraging. They are also going to do another of the same in March and welcome all feedback/suggestions towards that end. Guest guest
Glad you are keeping them accountable, Mark. I sent them an email about many of their Indian recipes not having cooking times and temperature info. Got a reply right back that they'd contacted the contributor and would update the info asap. They do seem responsive and eager to improve the program.
