I'm quite familiar with one of their biggest (well, it was, now half original size) stores. It's in Silver Spring, MD. Great place to get bulk natural/whole food products, all kinds of vegetarian and vegan stuff. 1st ran into it when going with Howard there for a lecture he was giving. PLUS for those of who like TVP now and then, they've got it IN BULK as beef-cubes, chicken-cubes, chicken (non-flavored) breasts, granules, flakes, and soy curls! Every organic grain you can think of. Got to visit the store for the first time in years a couple of weeks ago. Truly missed. Anyway visiting the DC area (it's just north of 495 on 29), is encouraged to check it out. Also, they don't proselytize, which is cool.
