Guest guest Posted December 13, 2009 Report Share Posted December 13, 2009 Hi all. Curious how you are roasting garlic these days without oil. I know some are using olive oil spray. But if you go more than a 7/10 of a second (serving size for zero calories) the calories and oil do add up!! After seeing Dr Esselstyn speak in Boston this fall, I am all about not using any processed oils including olive and canola. So how are you roasting bulbs of garlic without oil?
