Please help...... My husband eats meat and is not going to change no matter how much it would benefit his health. I would like to know how cook recipes without the use of cheese and milk. (Like Mac and Cheese etc.) Also what is good to use instead of oil and refined sugar. I look forward to your ideals. I wish there was a cooking class to learn who to put things together at our local college put there is nothing around (Bel Air,MD). Anyway... have a great day.
